There is a Burrow Hill Cider stall in Corn Street farmers market today selling cider, cider brandy, cider chocolates and lots of other stuff! Im not sure if it will be there every wednesday or just today, but i'd get on down there quick for some christmas shopping.

I bought a bottle of Kingston Black champagne style cider which looks very nice... along with some other stuff. They also did a champagne style Stoke Red which Julian Temperley described as "bone dry this year".

I didn't mentioned to him that last time i saw him he was chasing us away from his Cider Bus at Glastonbury, but he did look at me a bit suspiciously!

I can safely the say the Kingston Black cider is very good quality (which you expect for £6.50 a bottle). Very bubbly but calms down quickly, and melts in the mouth nicely. Good stuff.

I know who you mean, quite old bloke with not much hair, usually least impressed by the cider-singing and hundreds of pounds we spend at his bus. What a shame the Dog's camera from that night was lost, which had pictures of us all behind the bar (plus a few exclusive backstage snaps!). Did he have the Glastonbury Festival cheese and pickle sandwiches there too?

He is the top Burrow Hill bloke, he's always serving at the cider bus. He didn't exactly chase us, but evicted a few people who were the wrong side of the stall and told us to clear off, on the last night of this years festival...
