Todays budget sees no increase in cider but beer goes up 1p (that means 5p in the pub). Woohooh

Maybe G.Brown is a cider drinker?

from the "cider in nailsea" thread - "David Wilshire, who is MP for Spelthorne in Middlesex is the only cider-making member in the House of Commons."

There is a review of the House of Commons cider meeting in this months Pints West mag, think you can view it on the Camra Bristol website.

Apparently there are quite a few cider drinking MPs although GB is not listed as one of them.

Excellent news! Wasn't it frozen last year as well? The only bad news i can think of with this is I have no excuse to rush down Asdawl and stockpile loads of the stuff now.
