Just a reminder that provided Boxhall hasn't broken it, the trusty stereo will once again be resident in the HMZ camping area.
So if anyone wants to bring along CDs (originals or copies) or tapes please feel free. Also any contributions of size C batteries will be welcome to ensure the disco never stops!

Also for those who haven't noticed it yet, check out Gents' excellent preview of the other stages here - http://www.hannahmorezider.co.uk/glastonbury/05NotPyramid.htm

Embrace - Keeping is another that was thought of.

I think you'll find there were actually some very good songs on it, but they were classed of rejects if you hadn't thought of them!

Yes, it is on Gods of Hellfire vol 2.

There is a thread on here with loads of suggestions from last year, anyone want to look for it?

Although not sure I want to spoil the good work by having a weak 3rd album full of reject songs!

Yeah I'm sure we had loads of suggestions in previous year's that didn't make the final cut. Did Spiritualized 'Into the Fire' ever make it? Or anything by the Flaming Lips?

I havent got a working cd burner, but could save all the tracks ive got as files and MSN them over to someone.

I could add:

On The Fire - Holly Golightly (doubt you've heard it but'll be great for the album)
Fire Coming Out of a Monkeys Head (or something) - Gorillaz
You - Radiohead ("you, me, everything, on to the fiiiiirrree")
Fuel - Metallica

+ all the others rejected from previous years!

This year's sound bite could be Alan Sugar saying "you're fired".

I haven't got a CD burner at my flat, so either someone else would have to do it, or all songs would need to be stored ready for a burning session on Tuesday night.

So we have so far:

Brian Wilson
Bloc Party
Magic Numbers
Teardrop by Massive Attack (suggested by Rich the other day, "Teardrop on the fire...")
Burning Love by Elvis has never been on

Keep 'em coming....

is there defo not going to be a Fire Album Volume 3 then? Im sure we'd have enough songs, ive uncovered a few lately including one on the "the ugliest band in the world"'s new album called Wheels on Fire. Plus Brian Wilson's FIRE song has been released since last year.

The whole Glastonbury website is looking pretty much up together now.
