Posted - 02/02/2007 : 08:59:41 Has everyone managed to register OK? I got a "service busy" screen first time but it seemed to work second time.
Eavis said on the radio mid-afternoon that 105,000 people had registered by then
He also said Arctic Monkeys were headlining Friday (thought it was supposed to be Killers?), and The Who on sunday.

If anyone want to join forces to double our chances let me know (expect I'll already be trying to get one for the Mrs).

Posted - 02/02/2007 : 14:26:20 BBC are saying over 100,000 registered yesterday - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/6324385.stm They could have been getting this from Eavis tho, as i heard him on Radio Bristol.
Id find it hard to believe that many registered on the first day too, unless that figure currently includes people (touts?) who have registered multiple times?

Posted - 02/02/2007 : 09:34:56 Eavis, the computer genius, thinks 2m people tried to buy tickets last time. If they started the numbering system at 1000001 then 25,000 registered by 10pm which seems reasonable for first day excitement. I reckon about 200k will do it. |
