Posted - 18/05/2007 : 13:06:17 On one hand it'll be good to keep it empty and have it as a sort of communal area, stick the fire near the doorway and have everyone gather in it... although as its so big that'll probably be a bit out of order cos we'll be taking up loads of camping space. Maybe we could fit a few tents inside and still leave a big space for sitting in?
Im up for decorating it, i think we should draw a big "H" on the top and try to get a helicopter to land there. And write "INFORMATION" on the front and see if anyone asks us for advice.
Im happy to order it from the HMZ account, as long as you can all stick your contributions in the account first. I'll email round bank details when i get hold of them.

Posted - 17/05/2007 : 19:36:05 So if Jungle, Gents, JTC & Smiffy put in £10 each, hopefully my bro will put in too, only need 2 others, or more if they pay less?
We will also need decorations I think, maybe a big HMZ sign on the roof? And some lights? Maybe take some paints with us to decorate it when we get there.
And are we going to camp under it, or round it and have it as a communal area? With the fire in the middle?
Anyway back to my question, who will order it? |

Posted - 17/05/2007 : 16:43:32 Oh God, i didn't think for a second that anyone would agree to this idea!
No idea how much we have in the HMZ account, id say its only fair that us lot who are actually going foot the majority of the cost ourselves tho, if we get everyone interested to stick in a tenner each then that should well cover it.

Posted - 17/05/2007 : 15:54:46 There's a few other similar ones even cheaper on the links below it. But I reckon lets go for this, £70 isn't much. Who's going to order it, better do it soon, less than 5 weeks to go! |

Posted - 17/05/2007 : 13:24:30 Yep I'm in. And it only weighs 20kg so not a problem to carry it. £70, between how many of us? Or, how much is left in the HMZ account? Only problem might be if people think its an official stall! |

Posted - 16/05/2007 : 19:55:43 £80 though, surely cheaper to buy a cheap tent and a pack of waterproof paints. |
