Gents, I thought you might be going to REM (and/or Queen) this weekend in London. A mate a twork has just told me they've been cancelled. Just thought I'd pass it on in case.
We're fine, thanks. Oddly(!) I was late for work yesterday, which meant I was riding past Edgware Rd tube station just about when the explosion happened, apparently. Noticed nothing at the time.
Had a very eery ride back (around 7pm) last night, past a deserted Buck House and Parliament Square. Quickest journey home for ages. I reckon a lot of people have stayed away from work today as well, but I assume it'll be the same old London madness on Monday.
