solway cider made it's debut at Carlisle beer fest this weekend . it was all sold out by saturday afternoon - 10 gallons of it. with rave reviews by the locals , Garry aka Dave Gorman was well chuffed ! and hopes to covert these northerners to the taste of CIDER

Very nice logo, is there gonna be any of this cider on sale at the Beer Fest next week?

So what do you mean by mixing it then? Is this a similar idea to your cider cocktails? God help us all if it is!
