For Barnsley there has been some talk of staying over for the night in Leeds, particularly if the game could settle promotion...

Going up at Barnsley could still be on!

This weekend - City win at Luton, QPR win at home to Stockport - QPR one point ahead, 3 to play. Plymouth lose at Oldham.
Next weekend - City beat Brighton, QPR lose to Plymouth - City 2 ahead with 2 to play.
Following weekend - QPR only draw with Swindon, leaving City to go to Barnsley knowing 3 points gets promotion!!! Plymouth lose at Hartlepool.
Weekend after - Under pressure, Plymouth can only draw with Colchester, and a 5th successive win for Danny Wilson's Cider Army secures the championship.

Dream, dream, dream, all I have to do is dream...........

Well if City had kept their end of the bargain these predictions would be looking good!

The Fire Rover is making the trip to Barnsley on Sunday - not staying over now as we cannot get promoted so the celebrations have to wait a week, so should be back about 9pm Sunday night.
So far me & odd are in the car, with Tays as a maybe, so still 2 or 3 spaces going for anyone that wants them.

What time are you leaving Lordy? I reckon about 8am, should be there about 12ish to find some lunch and a pint, also allows time for services on the way if needed.

by the way Jim, your plan of having an early night Saturday might be at risk as the Fiddlers website says they stay open til 2am Saturdays! Should be good tho!

Pleased to announce the Fire Rover is also now full for the Barnsley trip - looks like it'll be the largest Nailsea travelling support for some time, if not ever! (excluding cup finals at Wembley and Cardiff obviously).
