On a lighter note Rougier had a stormer and plymouth did not know what to do with him, they were doubling sometimes tripling up on him and he still f*cked em.
Gota bit fruity by the spotted cow last nite as well!! |

the tank was awsome last night, good to see that woodman was not the only one to struggle marking him this year

Surely we should be calling him "The Holy Tank", or "The Reverend Tank" or the "Tank of God" or something along those lines? I still think "The Black Stanley Matthews" takes some beating though.

Murray describes him as "a beast" in todays Evening Post!
"20 Stone of Blood and Bibles" is my favourite so far...
It was great to see him annihilate Plymouth tuesday, but surely he must be one of these players that does amazing one game, rubbish the next (ie like Goodridge and Murray, to name just 2 of our right-wingers)?? We have seen him put in 2 best-player-on-the-pitch performances at Ashton Gate already this season though - but if he's that good all the time how come we got him on a free? Im fearing 90 minutes of falling over and miskicks up at Luton...

The Rougier dance was certainly popular in the disco last night! Maybe we can get the crowd doing it against Brighton?

The ladies of the disco were certainly impressed with the "Roug Groove" last night, i think that we should definately ban people from doing it while holding pint glasses though cos the praying bit was looking very dodgy, we don't want to throw the Roug into a drugs scandel. Don't anger the Tank!

He is an international legend, can't blame him for being a bit pissed off with his agent for advising him not to go to Celtic.
Jeff Chef (and anyone else who was there) - a little research reveals the Rouge played up front when we saw City win 3-1 at Reading in 2001, before he prompted delight in the City end by allowing Cureton to come on for a bit of pedo-baiting. Don't remember him doing much that night, although my main memories are being sat with Lee Matthews brother, and upsetting Steve Phillips mum.

I remember the match but likewise don't remember the Roug. I never really take any notice of opposition players anyway so that's no suprise.

Much better today than he was against Brighton. Still not convinced everything he does is deliberate, and a lot is in slo-mo, but what a finish for the goal. He is also a far better crosser than Murray, if Peacock had kept his eyes open the Rouge would have made 2 more.
Encouragingly Rougier left the pitch at half time performing 3/4 of the Rouge-Groove, although I think that the kneeling prayer now needs to be included as a finale to this dancefloor hit. For those not there today the match report and phot gallery on the city website both have photos of the praying moment, so you will be able to replicate in the local discos very soon.

"I don't know any Sheffield Wednesday players ... but I do know Jesus Christ and if it is his will that we go into the First Division it will happen. Trust me."
