solway cider made it's debut at Carlisle beer fest this weekend . it was all sold out by saturday afternoon - 10 gallons of it. with rave reviews by the locals , Garry aka Dave Gorman was well chuffed ! and hopes to covert these northerners to the taste of CIDER |

Very nice logo, is there gonna be any of this cider on sale at the Beer Fest next week?
So what do you mean by mixing it then? Is this a similar idea to your cider cocktails? God help us all if it is!
