Posted - 27/06/2006 : 13:11:18 We make cider in London (only around 100 gallons - we share it amongst a bunch of us). What we've done for the last two years is hire a van and get apples from Gloucestershire.
I put a free ad in the Hereford Times last year and we could have had apples for free if we had time to pick them. In the end it was easy getting mixed cider fruit for around GBP 70 per tonne.
