Phil is also coming so thats 4 of us - anyone else for the mental rocket? There's a rumour it may destroy Weston...
I'm also wondering if we'll be allowed to help with the vehicle dismantling??
Edit: I've just shown the photo of the man reaching above his head to touch the top of the rocket with a demonic grin to my managers, and they are all agreed this is the most mental firework ever, with the potential to destroy weston (leaving Nailsea as the biggest town in N Somerset). There are definitely smaller warheads.[:p][:p] |

Read the article a few posts up! Its tonight, just past congresbury, we dont know the price but dont have to pay if its much as I'm sure there'll be a decent view of a 2 mile high firework from outside the gate!!

They were pretty good fireworks, but we couldnt really tell which one was the biggest, none of them went 2 miles high, and planes flew straight through the middle of it (and survived). And nothing went wrong, so Weston lived. |

One year on time to ressurect this topic!!!
Does anyone know of any good displays of spontaneous combustion happening on Friday? Or shall we take some rockets and a few gallons of cider to a remote location and see what happens?!

I was reading all the posts not realising they were a year old, very confusing!
Could we not do something tomorrow/friday/sat?? All chip in a fiver we could get loads of rockets and fire them at each other??
